The International Urban and Regional Development Symposium (ISURDEV) Organizing Committee is honored to invite our scientists and researchers to the 3rd INTERNATIONAL URBAN and REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT SYMPOSIUM, to be held at Dicle University from November 20 – 22, 2025.
The main theme of the 3rd International Urban and Regional Development Symposium is to explore the economic, social, and political obstacles to urban and regional development, as well as the development of new policies to address these obstacles, as well as the development of innovative initiatives, and the scientific discussion of technical and regional development models and development strategies.

Although they are outside the scope of the main theme, papers appropriate to the title of the Symposium will also be accepted for evaluation.
The 3rd International Urban and Regional Development Symposium contributes to meeting the criteria for associate professorships, appointments, and promotions. Papers submitted as part of the symposium will be accepted/published after a positive blind review or confidential review process.
The works of the participants who wish to have them published as a book chapter can be published as an Editorial book chapter with an ISBN number and in accordance with the Associate Professorship application and Academic Incentive Criteria, provided that they have not been published in the Book of Proceedings and have been peer-reviewed.
